What we collect, and what we do with it
What we collect
When you buy credits we store your name, email address, agency details and the details of your order. When PayPal confirms a payment they tell us the payer name and email address on the PayPal account, and we keep the PayPal transaction reference so purchases can be traced and refunded.
Listing content you upload
Photos, addresses and property details you submit are used to produce your presentation and to host it at the share link we give you. We do not sell them, licence them to anyone else, or use them to promote another agent's listing. Ask us to remove a presentation and its hosted page and we will take it down.
Payment details
We never see, receive or store your card number. Payments are processed entirely by PayPal on PayPal's own systems.
How we use your details
To run your account, apply credits, send receipts and answer support requests. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with third parties except where it is needed to process a payment or comply with the law.
Cookies
We set one cookie to keep you signed in and to remember your cart between visits, and we store your light or dark theme choice in your browser. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.
Your choices
You can change or correct your details from the Profile page at any time. To have your account, presentations and personal data deleted, email support@propcast.ai and we will action it within 30 days.
Terms of Service
The short version, in plain English
Credits
Credits are prepaid units spent on producing listing presentations. A full presentation costs a set number of credits, and optional extras such as photo-to-video motion clips cost additional credits. Credits have no cash value, do not expire, and are not transferable between accounts.
What you own
The interactive web presentation and the video we produce for you are licensed to you outright, for commercial use, with no time limit and no ongoing fee. You may publish them on listing portals, social platforms, your own website and in vendor material. That licence survives your account — stopping buying credits does not take away work you have already produced.
What you warrant
You confirm you have the right to use the photos and property details you upload, including any rights held by the photographer or the vendor. You are responsible for the accuracy of the property information presented, and for meeting the advertising rules that apply to real estate in your state or country.
Hosting
We host each presentation and give you a public share link. We will keep it available for as long as your account is in good standing, and we will tell you before removing anything. You always hold your own copy of the exported files.
Payment
All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and are charged in full at the time of purchase through PayPal. Credits are applied to your account as soon as PayPal confirms the payment.
Refunds
If you have not spent any credits from a purchase, contact support within 30 days for a full refund. If you have spent some, we refund pro rata on the credits remaining from that purchase.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to misrepresent a property, to present imagery in a way that would mislead a buyer about its condition, or for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do, and unused credits on a suspended account may be forfeited.
Availability
We work hard to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. If an outage stops you using credits you have paid for, contact support and we will make it right.
